Camtech’s System Engineering position is a hybrid position that combines elements of both controls and mechanical engineering. Our System Engineers work independently or in groups to achieve project success. In this position, you will be expected to be able to design mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems and create the proper documentation using Camtech’s standardized documentation templates. Responsibilities also include programming electrical systems and robotics. Travel during project installations and support are a common part of the position.

Systems Engineers work with the System’s Engineering Manager to complete tasks to the satisfaction of the customer.

In this position, Camtech’s facility in Science Hill, Kentucky, is where you will spend the majority of your working time. In some cases travel is necessary for project installations and services.
